this for was told by the cycle shop he purchased
it from that this bike had over $15,000 in customization with
the paint and chrome.

bike shows well (watch the videos above in
the ad). The condition of this bike is very good with only
hardly noticeable faint scratches in the chrome plate where
the ignition switch is (see photo below). The paint is awesome
as you can see in the photos.

Harley Davidson Softail as shown in this ad has not
been professionally cleaned -- new owners generally
prefer to personally have items professionally cleaned
upon their purchase.
The
exterior: The outside in all aspects
is in good condition some slight wear due to age (as
shown in the pictures). It has normal signs of usage,
some small scratches - one area in the lower frame
there is s small amount of paint removed not visible
by looking at the cycle, but is shown. Otherwise all
other areas are in great shape.

PAYMENT
REQUIREMENT
UPON CLOSE OF AUCTION
 This
is an auction for the sale of this 2001 Harley Davidson
Softail Motorcycle. This auction closes
on a Sunday evening. As such, a partial payment of
$1,000 (US) is expected to be made via Pay Pal (or
by bank wire transfer) by the successful winning bidder
within 36 hours after winning this auction - received
by us no later than 6PM (Eastern Standard Time) Tuesday.
Please
note: If partial payment is not received
following this auction's end by Tuesday
6PM -- 2NicePeople reserves the right at our
discretion, to either cancel the sale without notice
to the winning bidder, and to offer this item on a
2nd chance to the next highest bidder, or relist this
item at auction.
This
motorcycle has a bank loan payoff due to a lender
that is local in our area (Ocala, FL). Tom's Car's
Inc, we are a licensed bonded auto dealer guarantees
payment to the leinholder, and clear title and cycle
delivery to the successful buyer of this cycle.
Once
the partial payment is made, we must then receive
payment in full within three business (3)
days of receiving the $1,000 partial payment.
FINANCING:
If you are planning to finance
this, please secure your finance approval from
the lender of your choice prior to placing a bid.
SALES
TAX: The state of Florida requires
that the title transfer into the new owner(s) name
be completed at the time of vehicle sale (unless being
purchased by a registered motor vehicle dealer with
a valid sales tax number). Florida state sales tax
(6.5%) on the selling price be collected at the time
of title transfer. We are happy to assist you with
that process.

states have reciprocal state sales tax laws
