With triple sliders, this camper has a really roomy and large feel to it. As you walk up to this camper the first thing you will notice is just how long it is -- with a 10 foot garage in the back it is plenty large. Entering into the camper you look to your left to see the wonderful kitchen with real wood cabinets, plenty of counter space and crisp clean black appliances.

Recreational Vehicle Notes This camper is in excellent condition and needs nothing mechanically fixed on it. This unit has been completely winterized on the underside to prevent rust. On the cosmetic side, the patio awning has a small tear. which make it hard to roll in, and should be replaced. The owner of this camper has chosen to take the cost of replacing the awning out of the price of this camper to allow the new owners to choose a color that they like. One overhead light bulb is burnt out - a simple fix. The roof mounted satellite dish needs to be serviced if you intend to use it. (The previous owners have not used it in 2 years). May just need re-calibration). Other than listed above, it needs one screw that is missing from the paddle fan -- but the fan still works properly. The owner has truly taken care of this RV. The only way you can get one in better shape -- is to spend what it takes to buy a brand new one from KZ.

Notice the 'triple axles' for proper weight distribution. The tires on these wheels are still in excellent condition, and will not need to be replaced anytime soon. Remember, according to the owner we are selling it for, this 5th Wheel RV has only been from Texas to Florida (about 4,000 miles). Even thought the pictures show it really well ... they still don't do it justice :)

And finally, after reviewing all the photos -- it has hydraulic jacks in the front, but take a look at the heavy duty jacks included toward the end of the photos that are employed to keep this big camper steady for when you park it and take your 'toys' (motorcycles, 3 or 4 wheelers, etc) out of the back for your fun weekend. :)

Continuing on you see the eating area with a comfortable seating booth which will seat 4 adults comfortably.

 

Comfortable seating for 4 adults. The 2 benches for the booth both have storage cabinets underneath to keep this camper looking spick and span, and it makes into a bed for two. The fabric on the benches is in superb condition and looks showroom new.

 

 

Going into the living area there is a large pull out sofa couch-- the comfortable hide-a-bed is great for when you are going out for the weekend with more then two. The couch is in excellent shape -- along side the couch there is a very nice living room chair very comfortable "we tried it out" -- both look to be in excellent condition. Barely used.

 

Turn and enter the kitchen -- which is open to the rest of the living area to give it an open airy feel to it. There are a lot of cabinets made from real wood found all through the kitchen to hold all your pots, pans and cooking items, and groceries for your weekend away -- or longer term living. The appliances are a Norcold refrigerator, Suburban three burner gas stove and oven -- and a Dometic brand microwave -- all in crisp clean black and a awesomely convenient double sided sink.

 

Looking from the living area you look to the entertainment center -- it is done in the same real wood used through out the camper. The entertainment center is really nice and large enough to accommodate a larger sized TV -- and -- the center has a attachment which can be easily pulled out to act as a desk for your laptop computer.

Walk back through the living and eating area and open the door into the larger sized bedroom. You will not feel at all cramped, plenty of room to spread out. Look to your left and you will see a frosted glass shower larger then you would expect to find in any camper -- it is alongside the shower a bathroom with medicine cabinet. To the right, with its own door to be closed off for privacy in its own room. The toilet is private in the bedroom.

At the foot of the bed you have a dresser done in the same light colored real wood found in the rest of the camper. The dresser has 4 drawers on the bottom for clothes, plus two drawers and one cabinet for hanging up clothes. Built into the dresser there is a small entertainment stand for a TV. The stand comes equipped with electric hook up as well as hook ups for antenna or cable.

Moving through the bedroom you have a lovely queen size bed. The mattress on this bed still looks to be brand new -- hardly looks like it was used at all. On either side of the bed there are small windows to give some natural light around the head board. The bed is built on a solid wooden frame and the bed covering look to be in great condition.

On the far side of the bed there are two mirrored closet doors which give this room a feeling of being very large. Open the doors and find a full-size closet with a hanging rack that spans the length of the bedroom. You wont have any problem packing for any weeklong get-away with this much space for clothes! Perfect for living long term too.

 

Walk back through the living area and enter into the 10 foot long garage / work area. As you enter the first thing you might notice is that the diamond stainless steel floors in this area are clean enough to eat off of.

Next look up and you will see there are built in storage cabinets running down both sides of this space done in the classy looking real wood found in the rest of this camper. Lots of storage space. Look at the floor and notice the 6 metal hooks that are there for you to secure the "toys" you are hauling inside the back of your camper.

Go out the garage's own side entry door (plus it has the rear ramp) and head around back to let the gate down. I was personally surprised at just how effortless it was to let down and putt up the ramp. The back of the the camper has two striking eagle decals on it. See pictures.

You can set this garage up as an additional bedroom or living space - or use it as a large office with desk and chairs. You could install freestanding shelves for product storage if you distribute products on the road, even furniture or household goods if you are moving across country. Lots and lots of space!
